Andrew designs for clarity by distilling complexity into simple, human centered experiences and stories people can rally behind. As a Director of Experience Strategy at Salesforce, he partners with enterprise leaders to translate ambition into experience led transformation across AI, data, and platform ecosystems.
Before Salesforce, Andrew led global digital product initiatives at McDonald’s as a Global Digital Product Leader, shaping how millions of people engage with the brand every day across mobile, in restaurant, and ecommerce experiences. Earlier, as a Creative Director at VML, he helped build a Design, UX, and Strategy practice grounded in craft, data, and human centered thinking.
Beyond his professional commitments, Andrew is the founder of the Prime 8 Art League (an agency dedicated to connecting Creators to private sector opportunities), a former board member of AIGA Chicago and serves as philanthropists/ambassador for Marwen.
Andrew's educational journey is marked by a BFA in Printmaking from Ohio University, an MFA in Digital Media from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
Based in Chicago, Andrew lives with his partner Nora and their dogs, Lupo and Willow. When he is not working, he explores storytelling through sonics as DJ Pizza Head, where curiosity leads and perfection takes a back seat.
